Capital Management
Capital Management is an integral part of a project as a post surety bond issue service. Surety bond institutions require the tracking of progress, as well as compliance requirements between GC’s, sub-contractors, and suppliers. DPH provides transparency between the GC, the surety, and depending on the nature of the project, all subcontractors and suppliers involved in the project.
All requests for payments and the actual payments are administered by DPH Capital Management. DPH will disburse funds only after it performs a robust due diligence review, ensuring all activity is compliant with the terms of the agreements or contracts between all parties. DPH can work with any documentation flow including the industry standard American Institute of Architects (AIA) contract forms and supporting schedules and documents.
Payments are made from Capital Management accounts directly to contractors and suppliers.
Our Capital Management program provides a superior process to ensure that money set aside for construction will be used for the intended job-related expenses, while monitoring the efficiency of the project and reporting the results to all interested parties. All records are retained by DPH from the beginning of the project until the end.
